Nightly Camping

  • $40.00 per night with 2 night minimum
  • $50.00 per night holiday weekends with 3 night minimum

RV Pad Rental:

Monthly (*Weekend package 12 nights per month)

  • 30 AMP Full Service $285.00
  • 50 AMP Full Service $325.00
  • Double lots available additional $100
  • RVs left year round are eligible for a 5 percent discount if paid yearly

Monthly (**Full time unlimited access)

  • 30 AMP Full Service $450.00
  • 50 AMP Full Service $510.00

Boat Storage Units

  • Monthly $60.00 - $70.00
  • Outdoor boat storage $25.00

* Monthly rent is due on the first day of the month
* Monthly rent paid after the 10th is subject to an additional $20.00 late fee
* If you have a freezer or additional refrigerator is a $10.00 per month charge
* You may leave (1) boat on trailer along the fence without a fee
* At the end of the camping season, you may leave your RV on your pad for $70.00 per month. If you remove your RV, you may not receive the same pad next spring.

**Note: Monthly Weekends are based on any 3 nights in a calendar week. If your, friends, or relatives stay any additional nights, there is a $40.00 per night charge. Air conditioner and water must be turned off, and all electrical items (except refrigerator) when you leave for the week. Groups larger than 4 people are subject to a surcharge of $6.00 per day for each additional person. Children 6 and under are free. RATES SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

REMINDER: Quiet time is 11:00 pm - 6:00 am. No parking on vacant RV pads.

SPEED LIMIT IS 5 M.P.H. on campgrounds. Fireworks are prohibited.
